By using GenPy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

GenPy is a Ren'Py visual novel development tool providing script editing, AI-assisted generation, story structure visualization, and more. The service is available as a web application and a desktop application. It is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

By using GenPy, you agree to:

• Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Not attempt to damage or abuse the system
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment and Billing

All paid features are processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record via Managed Payments. By using paid features, you also agree to the Stripe Managed Payments Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The project content you create in GenPy belongs to you. The software code, interface design, and other elements of GenPy belong to GenPy Inc.

GenPy is built on the open-source Ren'Py project, subject to the MIT License.

6. AI Features

GenPy's AI features are powered by third-party AI services. AI-generated content is for reference only; you should review and verify all output before use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GenPy is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
